I've not kept my weight completely on here because some how its frightening to add all that weight in front of people and face it. anyway I reached 177 for a hot minute. I knew it was water because of how swollen I looked. In a week a 2 days I've lost 4.5 lb. I feel better! this diet doesnt last well for me so I need to carb cycle.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
