My weight seems to he hovering around 144 the days. I've been doing maintenance since March 2, so just over 2 months. I have been eating between 1700 & 2000 calories & that seems to work for me. Of course I'm spending a lot of time outside in the gardens & getting a walk in most days. If nothing else, being outside curbs afternoon snacking. Although, I have had more than 1 after dinner snack lately. I usually don't eat anything between 10 PM & 10 AM....Sometimes later in the morning. I do have coffee first thing each day.

Hubby & I had our eye exams this morning. First time in close proximity to anyone other than the cashier at the grocery store or Home Depot. We & everyone in the office wore masks. They're only allowing 1 patient in at a time. There was some overlap with Hubby & I but since we live together that's OK 😊

The rain held off yesterday til about 1 AM, so I spent most of the day outside. We got our walk in, too. We had heavy thunderstorms in the night & woke up to sunshine. I had to get up early for our Appt so I took the dogs out while Hubby showered. There were 6 to 8 deer hanging about just a few feet into the woods by our front yard. They didn't even leave when the dogs barked at them 😀 I guess they've figured out we're harmless.

I want to mulch an area in the yard that I sprayed weed killer....hopefully before the forcasted rain starts. I got my eyes dilated for my exam, so I've been waiting for that to wear off. I may just put my sunglasses on & do it soon. 😎

Flat iron steak, sautéed mushrooms & baked potatoes on tonight's menu. Need to decide on a veggie. We haven't had actual baked potatoes in awhile....looking forward to one 😋
144.0 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing so well in maintenance. I'm still trying to figure out mine. Those storms were something else but like you said, sunshine this morning. Love the deer.
