Ok 2 on toasyt and coffee. Then pineapplE and a piece of leftover pizzae. Finally. Hard to admit but two plates of Chips chez and peppers. . Pretty chilly still can't eat salad. I did do a lot of running around today and only sat down at 5
212.6 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
