It's been up for a few days. 161.5 at one point...too much indulging my cravings & not enough exercise. Couldn't bring myself to post the higher weight! of course I thought it would come back down....and it has.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
