That is the most import thing. Drinking water, keeping those muscles hydrated, being aware of what and how much you are eating. That is great that you are staying on top of it. Now you can do little things to boost your calorie burn. Try going for walks after meals instead of going to the couch or office chair. This will allow the body to burn and process the food better. This way your body uses the calories you just took in, rather than store them for later. Once you do this you will feel that you have more engery then you can start to ride a bike instead of walk....things will progress.
