Still the same weight. I've been able to keep my calorie intake below 1800. I'm trying to train myself to go down to 1500 a day.

We'll see how the rest of the week goes.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
