I think I've given up counting calories for now. It's a little too time-consuming and a single visit to a restaurant throws me off. If I can simply go to bed a little hungry, I'll probably continue to lose weight.

My running has been going well and I've had a couple weeks in a row of about 75 miles for the week including plenty of speedwork and a weekly long run (22 miles).
162.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.6 lb a week
