Same weight....different day 😊

Started a load of laundry....never got to it yesterday. It's supposed to be raining today but other than some clouds nothing so far. In fact it's pretty sunny right now. Trying to decide if I should get outside & do some work. I did move several wheelbarrows full of mulch yesterday and putter ed around outside. I stopped my allergies in their tracks at bedtime...took a Benadryl when I started to get stuffy.

Wholefoods posted yesterday she was planning to do some simpler meals & commented on some people not able to get a variety of foods right now. Got me thinking how the virus & quarantine have been mostly an inconvenience for Hubby & I. We don't know anyone personally who has gotten sick. We've slso been blessed to get pretty much whatever we've wanted or needed at the store. Even after the more stringent rules about distancing this week he didn't have to wait to get into Walmart. I've seen on FB some have had to wait in line locally. We've stayed pretty close to home the past week for supplies. Fresh produce still seems to be abundantly available. And between what I have in the freezer & what's available on any given day at the store we're eating well. Since we're retired the biggest change has been not going out for any social activities and not seeing family. I hope when I post my food pics it's not offending anyone. It's my reality....such as it is.

Blueberrie pancakes & bacon with a side of fruit for brunch today. A little higher in calories but they hit the spot! Not sure what's for dinner....thinking it may be left overs.

I'm irritated with Instagram today. Tried to edit & post pics & it kept freezing. Oh, the woes of our world with technology 🙄

Off to do something constructive 😊
145.6 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
