Started walking again about a mile a day (wearing a mask and being sure of social distancing).

Doing 50 sit-ups every other day.

Have resumed a 1,000 calorie/day intake (keep track on my own spreadsheet).
138.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
