Greetings! Today marks the end of month three of this 19/5 intermittent fasting/mostly protein/low carb diet thingy. So far so good. Still about 12 lbs away from my target weight of 207. I don't think under 207 is a good look for me. Well sending positive vibes and best wishes to the all the great people of F-secret Nation!
218.7 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 21.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
