it's been a minute/stuck in the house/gyms are closed bc of covid-19/schools are closed also, so I'm not getting as many steps in/I'm still going for my walks around the loop...2.5 miles or 3 when I walk to the upper part of the park/new goal for now is to walk at least 4 times/week w/excercises focusing on my core...since I'm stuck in the house might as well start counting calories again/lose 5 pounds or more and look fierce by the time I can see the world again😊
163.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
