So far I don't see that much magic in the "plateau busting diet" but at least I haven't gained. Maybe I should be grateful. Hopefully by tomorrow I will show a tiny bit of progress. I have not cheated at all.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the encouragement, Glen! I am rooting for you too in your quest to get rid of the last 20. If we don't it will continue to nag us for YEARS. We might as well get it over with. Bite the bullet (instead of the baguette) and get to a point where our only issue is to MAINTAIN. Which in some ways can be almost harder, but much less depressing.

I think glen is right, when you get so close to goal the body really does want to hang on to that last little bit that is so stubborn. However, it is YOU that is in control, and you will win...eventually!
