No lunch yesterday either....brunch instead. A healthy afternoon snack & light dinner. Brunch today too....let's try for only light snacks and dinner today too!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
