The nice thing about being under goal...you don't get upset when the scale goes back up a tad 😊 Didn't overeat but salt in the corned beef probably made me hold on to some water gain.

Although we've had rain & predictions of rain the past couple of days it has subsided in the afternoons to allow us a walk in the neighborhood. If the rain ever slows down we're looking forward to a hike around the lake trail not far from us. We haven't done it in a year or two, but I think we're both up for it now 😊 I awoke to sunshine but it's clouding up....not sure if we'll get out today or not. It's warmer today & the temps are supposed to be in the 70's in the next couple of days.

We have lots of yard work including chipping branches to do. It would be nice to have some dry days to start getting that done. Lots of perennials are poking thru the ground and I saw buds on the hydrangeas this morning...just starting. It won't be long & Spring will be here!

My sister & I talked last night. She was checking on us. She's in Banking Administration & says she may be working from home. Her husband who is retired but works part time in the Pro Shop at a golf course is planning to take some time off at the recommendation of his Doctor & based on his age. My niece, their daughter is in Hospital Administration & she has advised them to take the Coronavirus very seriously.

It still feels a little surreal. Being retired we're not missing work....just being out socializing with our friends. I do worry about our family members that are still out working. I have family in Banking & my youngest sister is a nurse...Labor & Delivery. They are exposed to public situations often.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
