Took an official rest day yesterday which was needed. Body composition is improving. Was planning to work out this morning but really needed extra sleep. It'll be an afternoon workout.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
