Unintended consequences....a long day yesterday without eating between breakfast and a late dinner around 9:30 last night. I'm down below my goal. 🤔 Probably won't last...

I'm feeling a little drained & plan to take it easy today. I woke up earlier than usual which is surprising, but got up anyway. It's raining, so a good day for it.

Hubby & I had a 5:00 Appt. that stretched out later than planned an hour's drive from us. After working on this deal for awhile we were finally able to negotiate a refi on our home. This is going to give us some relief on our monthly expenses, always a good thing for retirees.

We had planned to stop & pick up a few things at the grocery store after having dinner out. When our Appt. ran late we decided to grab a rotisserie chicken instead....except the deli had closed & there were none 😕 Next idea....we picked up a bag of Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Chicken chunks from the freezer dept. 17 minutes in the oven....they were pretty tasty served on top of Sweet Kale salad with poppyseed dressing from Costco. Even with a couple of cookies & an ice cream bar for dessert (160 calories) I came in under on my RDI of 1500.




144.2 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
