😁 Yesterday was a great day to be outside. I raked another area of the front yard & cleared it of leaves & wayward growing mini trees. Our property is heavily wooded so we get lots of volunteers....a lot if pine & holly. There was a spot along the path in our yard I had planted perennials last year & it was being smothered by weedy grasses. So I spent time weeding. I ran out of time so will have to finish raking another time.

Since I was busy all afternoon Lunch was once again a snack of popcorn & a cup of tea. So with dinner of soup & salad my calories came in under 1500. I was even able to enjoy 2 cups of Boom Chika Pop Kettle Corn without going over 😀 for dessert.

We also got in an afternoon walk. With the time change we have an extra hour of daylight. Of course as we get further into Spring & Summer we'll have lots of light and it will be a lot warmer.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
