I'm gratefull for that move. yes its so tough these days loosing weight but I live by the rule - never give up
209.4 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have been eating supper tiny meals. 2 meals a day lots of water and coffee during the day line 2 to 3 cups. looks like eating less makes a huge difference

i agree with you.... also noticed to eat less and be more active and sray hydrated really works for me too....
