Yep, there it is. Nothing I've eaten this weekend was worth it.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 95.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah, our useless government thinks increasing alcohol prices will magically stop people drinking. It won't. But you can't tell our government anything. And yeah, had a string of bad news so we had take away all three days.

I'm alright. Stressed and tired and fed up of everything, but I'll get over it, I always do. My fav has to be a pizza. Tomato and herb sauce, classic base, ham, bacon, meatballs, pepperoni... I could eat that now lol. But I have to be eat properly now. Porridge for me lol

Chestnut, I'm not a fan of too much spice. I like to be able to taste my food not just feel it burn lol. Bubblegum, I'm hoping part of it is down to the salt, but I'll just have to start using the rebounder while hubby is in the shower to burn it off

I do prefer a homemade pizza over store bought or takeaway, but I wasn't in the mood to cook (and don't know a low carb dough recipe lol) A good bhuna or pathia would do me if I fancied a curry, with keema rice and samosas ☺️

Frankie I know only one sort of dough! and I do make a mean curry, yesterday I was good I washed it down with blackcurrant cordial instead of Stella!

Have you ever tried cauliflower pizza where the cauliflower is the dough? If you like cauliflower cheese it's a winner! 2lb isn't a bad gain at all. Hope this week is better for you!
