Happy 😊 Tuesday to our health advocates. I posted a pic of me using my super Pollenex vibrator on my very sore knee. As I was resting my knee from workouts, it continued to get worse, but the vibrator with some soothing gel, made a huge difference. Feels much better now. Off to Vegas on Friday, in the wake of this Coronavirus scare. Nice 👍 weather, though. Have some great dieting out there, and stay healthy. Bye 👋 bye!
