Not usually an early riser, but I had to go get blood drawn for labs this morning. I'm sipping my first cup of coffee 😊☕ Another reason not to get up too early...I got on the scales like I always do 1st thing...I weighed just over a pound & a half more than I did an hour and a bit later 😐 Since I ate under my RDI yesterday I wasn't counting on being up any substantial amount. Recorded weight is the lower one...duh...

We never did get the forcasted rain yesterday. I'm thankful for Hubby who motivated me to get out for a walk in spite of the gloomy, cold. I had just settled onto the sofa to watch a DVR'D show with a bowl (2 cups) of popcorn. I always feel better after we walk.

Meeting my friend for lunch today at a favorite Mexican restaurant. I've been craving their Chicken soup. I almost never get it anywhere else cause I'm usually disappointed it's not from Pueblos 🙁 I think breakfast may just be fruit so I can have at least a few tortilla chips & salsa. Just need to stop at a few.

The sun is shining, today. It's still quite chilly but is supposed to be almost 60 later.

Dinner is already cooked for tonight. Just need to heat it. Olive Garden offers a $5 special to take home with any entree', so I got their Five Cheese Ziti al Forno when I was there. Sharing with Hubby & I'll make a salad.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
