Good bye to the 90s, hello the 80s!

Seeing a dietician on Wednesday for some help in eating better. I don’t want to “diet”, but I do want to make healthier choices to sustain the weight loss once achieved.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 43.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
