Again a small loss but I am content. At present, because if caring commitments, I cannot give more time and energy to this enterprise than I am currently doing. However, if I can continue to lose a half a pound a week, then I will stick with it. My intermediate goal is to hit 160 lbs by the end of March. Hopefully this will spur me on to greater efforts. We’ll see. :-)
168.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
