Woohoo! Safe and steady! That's the way to do it! Early weigh in ahead of tonight's naughty food lol. And now I know I can do low carb and lose weight and feel amazing! Brilliant!
176.3 lb Lost so far: 95.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

Well, our chippy cooks everything in beef dripping, don't know if that makes it better or worse 😂 Sharing a large bag of chips with a pie and maybe of fish bite for me, topped with curry sauce. With 2 buttered rolls on the side. Then we've got three cream cakes and two egg custards each for pudding 🐷🐷🐷
