Chicken omelette yesterday was a massive success! Finally found something light and healthy that hubby will eat! Fingers crossed for spag bol tonight!

A tip for the spag bol - without telling anyone I halved the red meat and added cooked lentils (in a pouch from Aldi) to make up the amount. Everyone said how tasty it was and nobody commented about less meat. Lentils are low in calories and a great source of fibre. Give it a go!

I like making spag bol with turkey mince. Quite fancy that 😋

I've got these naked noodles things to have instead of spaghetti. I know they have a different texture to pasta so I've already prewarned him that I "accidentally picked up a different brand of spaghetti" lol. I like the lentil idea. If this goes badly, I'll try that next time lol
