I've stayed just under my RDI for this week so far. Having a light breakfast of fruit & coffee since I'm joining tha ladies for lunch.

Another cloudy day with chance of rain. We had heavy rain overnight. We did get in a walk yesterday afternoon, finally. It was overcast but not too cold and the rain had stopped for a little while.

I have a couple of bins of clothes I had cleared out of the closet to dispose of cause many were too small. Sadly, I still haven't dealt with them, but out of curiosity I pulled a few peices out & tried them on yesterday. Some of them are actually too big now 😊 Guess it's time to make them go away.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
