Okay, need to impliment weight loss strategies. I'm maintaining with the new diet. Now need to pump it up. I feel comfortable and energized. What's best calorie deficit and how much exercise? Crunching numbers time.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
