Scale actually said 130 this morning! Keto is neat-o. Thanks to everyone who responded to my posts...Hope to start walking in the mornings again, if it ever warms up enough :)
130.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
