This is the nature of the beast. When someone goes off a extreme diet and starts to live sustainable lifestyle, weight will fluctuate. I went to eat at a friends house, healthy it seemed but with some packaged ingredients. And that's the nature of reality. Not everyone is going to cook like me. Therefore... I.Am.So.Bloated. It's equivalent to a deflating hot air balloon... stay at least 3 feet back... 😳🎈
170.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
