Hurray! It seems my weight has stabalized!!!! I do have lots of energy, need to take advantage of it. Survived a super bowl party, didnt drink alcohol, no sweets but ate some food. I made homemade brownies which were a hit.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
