I added the beans yesterday which is why I assume there is a little water gain. I need to go for a walk. My exercise has been on hold for a short stint but need to muscle through. Still in calorie range, which is pretty low actually. Even though I had 2 servings of beans my total carb count was 70, so is net 50, which is pretty good. Not to say I need to watch my carbs. I just want to integrate them back steadily and not go crazy. Going grocery shopping today to accomidate the new carbs allowance.
168.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
