Early morning rise 4:00am....travel day into the City 🌃. Over 2 hours of traffic 🥵

Meetings until 5:30pm & decided to spend the night in the City vs. the adventure back home.

Although I convinced my body to attend the Gym & maintain my sanity!! Feel fresh & burned 650+ Calories!!
166.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
