I was up early today....Dr. appt to address my UTI 😕 Feeling much better cause I drank a lot of water, some cranberry juice & ate some Greek yogurt with probiotics to help. I was quite uncomfortable for awhile yesterday. Got a prescription for antibiotics.

I cooked the sausage & cabbage recipe last night. Hubby approved cause he finished it off. It was good but I think next time I'll add the cabbage sooner cause the green peppers, onions & tomatoes all cooked down to mostly broth by the time the cabbage was done.

147.2 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
