I’m tempted to say “that’s it, I’m giving up”, but that’s not on option. Weekends are not helping.
201.3 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel exactly the same about the weekends! They really do not help one bit. I am so good during the week, and then along comes the weekend. 😞😩
