🎢🎢🎢⤵⤴⤵⤴ Back on the roller coaster 😐 I know I'm not being super strict with myself, but I'm not overeating by any stretch of the imagination. Oh, well....it's another day.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
