I spent most of the day cleaning house and I always feel better after it's done. Went to see the movie Underwater with my sis and nieces afterwards. My movie popcorn habit is out of control.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
