It's the same. Granted I'm not working out much but not a sluggish either. I ate 1140 cal yesterday..... I'm like brisket, I melt fat best on low and slow. 🤪
170.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
