1 week hiccup is over. 1 week behind. But since I am more motivated than ever it's truely a victory. When I make a mistake and then start craving EVERYTHING I always give up and start over months later. This time I pushed through, regained my strength and refocused. I refocused my attention on the need to regain my health and the plethora of reasons behind it. God gives strength when you need it. The Magic Pill is a documentary on Netflix which I whole heartedly recommend.
