I will gladly accept the 2 pound loss!
Have not been as faithful in my food logging as I should have been and definitely not exercising a lick except for some light housekeeping....🙁. Oh Lord I pray for the strength to get back on a routine of diet and exercise again!
265.4 lb Lost so far: 57.6 lb.    Still to go: 80.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
