3.5 lb since the 31st. It's quite fast. I'll be working out today so maybe I'll retain some water tomorrow. I am already noticing clothes fitting much differently.
171.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
