Hi guys

I m 120 kg and I won’t to lose weight but I can’t stop eating. What should I have to do?
04 Jan 20 by member: corina31
Corina, the first thing is to realise it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle choice. Crash diets and fads might make you drop pounds in the short term, but for long term changes you need to make healthy choices and you need to keep making them. If you can't stop eating because you're always hungry, you need to put more food with higher fiber amounts on your plate, a larger portion of veg and a smaller portion of meat. If you can't stop eating because you miss treats, pick low cal/low fat treats like Halo Top ice cream. If you're stil hungry after having you calorie allowance for the day, spend some time on your next shop comparing the calorie count of different foods, and different versions/brands of the same foods. Learn how to cook your favourites at home so you can lighten them up. Check out vegetarian or even vegan versions of your favourite dishes. Personally, I find vegetarian food to be surprisingly high in fat, but vegan to be reasonable. The biggest challenge is finding the will power to not only figure out what changes you need to make, but to make yourself stick to them. I'm fighting for every pound I lose, my PCOS means it's absurdly easy to gain and absurdly hard to lose., But I want to combat my fertility issues. Maybe a list of reasons why you're doing this will help?

Thanks all, for the encouragement and for letting me know I made some sort of sense talking to Corina. I'm always surprised when people ask me for advice lol

Frankie don't do yourself down, have you finished your vodka and your husband his rum, is there any left for me?
04 Jan 20 by member: Chestnut63
Still have both vodka and rum lol, along with some edible cocktails (alcoholic jelly sweets lol) It'll be end of February now before either me or him drink again, to either celebrate or commiserate. Depends on how the appointment goes
