I've been very diligent in my calorie deficit, fiber, and 100g protein intake. During a Napa Valley Trip, it was also that ToTM. Which I think contributed to a slow weight loss at my return. However, I think it's all coming down now. Talk about patience.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
