Fairly sure it will drop tomorrow morning. Muscle mass trending up 1.1% from Thanksgiving, a month ago. Both dresses I was going to wear tonight are too big, that's cool. I'm just going to enjoy that part of it.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
