Was anticipating some gain after visiting family for three days. I am determined to lose weight and improve my health, but am willing to take a little longer if it means still enjoying special times with special people!
200.8 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
