The 1 lb weight gain does not surprise me.
1. I worked out. Weights and cardio. First time in a week.
2. Ate a meal that always causes me to retain water.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
