Not an unexpected gain today....when you eat 2 main course meats, casseroles, and indulge in nibbles & desserts AND mimosas & wine.... 😋😀 I wasn't passing up the Cheesecake made with my German Grandma's recipe or the chocolate trifle that has become a family tradition. Small portions...but still. A fun day spent with family! And the addition of a couple of boyfriends that look like they may be around awhile 😊

House cleaning, more shopping & gift wrapping on the agenda for the week. Daughter & granddaughter arrive Saturday. Plans in the works for more family time on Sunday doing Christmas stuff in the Atlanta area.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
