This will probably be my last weigh in before Christmas. I know, I know, it's early, but with such a big family it's impossible to be altogether Christmas day so we have various meets planned. There's no way I'll maintain, especially after I finish work for the holidays and get exactly zero exercise. But at least I've had theseast few weeks to undo some of the damage my slip caused. Good luck to everyone over the silly season
190.0 lb Lost so far: 82.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
