I’m the same as yesterday:( and at first, very disappointed, but I saw all the positive feedback and encouragement from the forum members that I am going to keep going! Today I am going to drink more water and less carbs. I love the way this app shows you exactly where you are and what you need to change. The people here are amazing. Thank you everyone for your support!
186.5 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
