I didn't overeat yesterday, but did eat most of my calories after 6 PM. I was busy decorating up til our walk at 5 o'clock. Go figure....I didn't feel hungry all afternoon 😐 After walking I had a small snack of Laughing Cow Cheese on some crackers & a couple of dried prunes before dinner. Dinner was a big mixed salad with chicken breast marinated in Cilantro Lime marinade. And for dessert 1/2 cup Low Cow Key Lime Pie ice cream. And wine...there was wine 🍷🍷😊

After spending the afternoon decorating inside I realized it is supposed to rain today so maybe I should have done the outside decorations yesterday. I don't do a lot outside....the front porch, in front of the house & I hang wreaths on the stone pillars at the top of our drive. The only lights I do are around the front door usually. I used to do lights on the crepe myrtles lining our drive but they got too big...and I got too old 😀 I can still do the front porch. It's not raining yet. I still have decorations to do inside. I like to "sprinkle" Christmas thru out the house.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
