I hate that Im struggling with this. Before, it was like flipping a switch and I was "ON" and doing well. Now, I have a more reasonable RDI goal and I cant stick to it.

Going to the Dentist today for some work. On the bright side, maybe I wont be able to eat for awhile.
245.5 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
